Our wedding weekend will be in the Franklin, TN area with the wedding located in Spring Hill, TN. The venue is 22 miles south of Franklin, TN (approx. 30-minute drive).
The wedding will be held The Venue at Birchwood which is a Lyft-friendly location to Franklin or downtown Nashville. If you plan to take Lyft after the wedding, please be sure to reserve your ride ahead of time as there can be long wait times.
Hotels
Hilton Franklin Cool Springs
This hotel will be the first pick up location for the shuttles which will depart the hotel lobby at 2:45pm.
Complimentary onsite parking, heated outdoor pool, fitness center and onsite restaurant.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville South Cool Springs
The Embassy Suites is located 5.8 miles from downtown Franklin and about 20 miles to downtown Nashville.
We offer an indoor saltwater pool and a fitness center featuring a Peloton® Bike. Enjoy daily made-to-order breakfast and our evening reception.
This is the second pick up location for the shuttles which will depart promptly at 3:00pm.
Room rates are valid until August 13th however we reccomend booking as soon as possible to make sure you are able to receive the discounted rate.
AirBnB/VRBO
There are several AirBnB/VRBO options available in Franklin, TN as well which would be a great option for a group traveling together.
Transportation
Shuttle to Wedding Venue
We will be offering shuttles to and from the wedding venue. We will be picking up from both the Hilton and the Embassy Suites South Cool Springs locations. The shuttle will depart the Hilton Hotel at 2:45pm and then will pick up guests at the Embassy Suites departing at 3:00pm.
The shuttles will depart the wedding venue at 10:00pm after the couples send off and will return to the Embassy Suites and Hilton Hotel. There will not be an easy bus back so please plan accordingly.

Rideshare (Uber and Lyft)
Rideshare options are available for all locations during our wedding weekend. Lyft and Ubers are available to downtown Nashville, Franklin, or the wedding venue.
The venue itself is also Lyft-friendly to Franklin or downtown Nashville. If you are planning to take a Lyft home after the wedding it is reccomended to book your ride the day before. It can take up to an hour for a ride to be available in the evenings.
All vehicles must be removed from the venue by 11pm so please plan a safe ride accordingly.
Flight
Nashville International Airport
Nashville International Airport is the closest airport and is located 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, 25 miles to Franklin, TN, and 41 miles to the venue. Nahville international is Uber and Lyft friendly to all locations.
