We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We are requesting formal or cocktail attire. Women - tea length or floor length dresses, skirts or jumpsuits. Men - slacks and sports coats. Tie optional. Cowboy formal also allowed (Sundays best jeans, boots and jacket).

Weather in Tennessee in mid September is mid to upper 70s. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There will be a patio for cocktail hour and games.

We will be serving champagne, beer (white claws included), and wine. We will also have one specialty cocktail available. No outside alcohol is permitted.

We love children and hope to have a family of our own one day but we will not be extending the invitations to kids for our wedding day. We hope you are able to enjoy the weekend kid free!

Yes there is enough parking for 100 vehicles. Cars need to be removed by 11pm the night of the wedding.

We will be offering a shuttle from both the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs and the Embassy Suites to the venue. The bus will be leaving the Hilton Hotel promptly at 2:45pm to pick up the guests at the Embassy Suites which will be departing at 3:00pm. A shuttle will be available after the couple's send off back to the hotels. Lyft is also available from Nashville and Franklin to and from the venue. Please see the Travel page for more information.

Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm as the wedding will start at 4:00pm. There will be drinks available upon your arrival.

Guests will be offered a glass of champagne upon arrival to start the celebration of Chanel and Price. After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with passed h'dourves and the bar will be open! Following cocktail hour there will be a wood-fired pizza bus that will be serving from 6pm to 8pm. Please feel free to grab slices throughout the night. Speeches, dessert, and dancing will take place throughout the night and will be announced by the DJ. Please feel free to take a seat or watch from the bar!
